Dry Roasted Garlic Garbanzos

12 oz can of chickpea/garbanzo beans
1 tbs vegetable oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Drain beans from the can and rinse well, then drain. Combine beans
and vegetable oil and toss to combine.
Add salt and garlic to the beans, and mix well.
Place a single layer in a cookie sheet, and bake for 45-60 minutes,
until beans are approximately half their size and completely dry.

Let cool before enjoying.
